5 star rating!! My rug came out beautifully. It was due its annual clean and now even smells like new!! I decided to have my sofa cleaned after and wow!! It really does look like new. I'm so happy and would recommend to anyone, fabulous job thank you!
Following a water leak, there had been extensive damage to our hallway carpet. I called Edwards Jeffery Carpet Cleaning based on their numerous 5 start reviews and was provided with a very reasonable quote as well as availability for later in the week. On the day, they arrived promptly, set everything and got to work straight away. The entire hallway carpet was washed and dried within 20 minutes and it looked as clean as the day it was put down. I was worried about it being damp but it was dry to the touch as they use heavy duty commercial machines. Great communication, lovely service, excellent value for money. I highly recommend Edwards Jeffery Carpet Cleaning.

The person who arrived was very reluctant to do the job as far as I am concerned. He only wanted to clean around the furniture and not move anything. Said they were not insured to move things and particularly not electrics. I therefore unplugged everything and moved lamps etc. The sideboard was not moved at all as he said it was too heavy, even though I had removed most of the china, bottles, glassware etc. There are still old stains remaining and now I have new ones where my dining table legs were left on quite wet carpet. A waste of time and money. I cannot understand the rave reviews of this company. Everything seemed to be too much trouble. I would NEVER use them again and definitely not recommend them. How can they not be insured to move things? In that case they shouldn't be operating at all. My carpet has now been properly cleaned (26/08/2021 and today they couldn't have been more helpful. No stains left as far as I can see.
