Myself and my wife visited Pravins (Cardiff) in March (22) to look at renewing my wife's engagement and wedding rings, we were welcomed by Natalie who was very polite and made us feel relaxed. We were shown the ring's we had seen on display and she explained the clarity and origen of the diamond this made it then very easy for us to choose the best ring more suited for my wife. We picked the ring up after a ring size adjustment and needles to say we were very happy with the whole experience, especially when Natalie invited us to attend there open evening after there refit of the shop,we had a lovely evening and was glad to purchase some exciting new pieces of jewellery, thanks again Natalie for looking after us and please thank your incredible team from the both of us. I went to Pravins in February 2022 to purchase an engagement ring, having previously visited a few other jewellers/ websites. From the outset, I felt the service offered by Pravins was on a different level to my previous experiences. I dealt mainly with Georgia, who was great and took the time to help me add to my (very limited) knowledge of all the important ‘Cs’ of buying an engagement ring. She also asked me questions about my partner and how I planned to propose etc. After proposing, we went back to Pravins to discuss re-sizing the ring. The service was equally great from Anthony who talked us through the process very thoroughly and again was interested in our proposal story. I would recommend Pravins to anyone and can confirm my partner loved her ring!
Pravins Cardiff was warm and welcoming. Jared in particular is a complete diamond in himself. Such an asset to the family run business. He is incredibly passionate about his job and highly knowledgeable. He made the experience of designing a bespoke engagement ring so exciting and easy. He kept in touch regularly with updates and showed as much excitement for the final piece as we did. Can not recommend enough! Thank you!!
Wow, our appointment at Pravins (Cardiff) with Jared was amazing from start to finish. We made a fairly long trip to visit the Pravins boutique as I wanted our wedding rings to match my engagement ring, which came from Pravins. It was totally worth the long trip and I am so glad we made the decision to choose Pravins. Jared was so welcoming and had such expert advice for us. Both me and my partner don't wear a lot of jewellery so we really appreciated all the help Jared gave to us on selecting our wedding rings and I couldn't be happier with what we have chosen. If I could give 10 stars I would, the service we received was excellent, thank you so much!
We have been looked after by Jared at the Cardiff department- and what wonderful service we have had! Extremely knowledgeable- he answered all questions I had, explained all aspects of the after care offered, and he was very personable. He seemed genuinely interested in our lives, interests and proposal story, and the experience genuinely was like talking to an old friend. Could not recommend the store, service and Jared enough, and this store will be the first place I turn to when I fancy a new piece of jewellery!
