Used fairly frequently especially when back in Wales always happy with the service, however today I was left very disappointed to say the least when I asked whether it would be possible to use a gift voucher that was purchased for me that unfortunately expired less than 2 weeks ago, I explained that I was called back to London for work commitments and was told because they are so busy they wouldn’t honour it ..I think sometimes one needs to reflect back on what and whom made them lucky enough to be so busy in the first place! ..Loyalty to your clients goes a long way, “sadly negative comments like this also stays with them “

Easy booking system and prices are very good. Kaitlyn was fantastic doing my eyelash tinting. She is the only person that has done them and not felt any stinging or discomfort in my eyes - and I've had it done lots and lots of times. My eyelashes were perfect and so happy with them. Beautiful inside, immaculate in there and so on point with their COVID and protecting themselves and customers. Very friendly, make you feel extremely relaxed and welcome.
